The sights and beach was Completely beautiful. The walk towards the beach is what I loved the most. The house alone is not really in good shape. It's old and very outdated. The home furniture was not comfortable in any way and not good with small kids a result of the very pointy edges, the mattresses need being thrown out and new ones introduced in. You may feel the springs when laying on them. I did love you experienced 2 king beds that was nice.
The coffee table was broken, two of the 3 plastic chairs outside had been damaged. The house really could utilize a good power washing and that would make a large improvement on the deck. The house has so much potential it is unhappy to check out it getting run down. I Totally loved the area, however, if improvements are not made would not rent house once again. that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. each of the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas had the most people off all of the beaches and even that was not what I call crowded". I do recommend bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that occur out from the early morning hours and when the sun starts to set and they do bite. it absolutely was nothing that will keep you indoors though. there really are a several state parks while in the area and every one of these are beautiful. beautiful is really an understatement for being honest! its a very family friendly place instead of the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is just too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida And that i will make this a yearly getaway. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice And that i most likely talked to all of them before I actually made it to indian pass. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself.
